Accessing File Server on Windows 98/ME from home or anywhere else
Step One
Double click on My Computer, as shown below.
Step Two
A window similar to the one shown below will
open. Find and double click on the icon called Web Folders.
Step Three
Another window will open like the one shown
below. Double click on Add Web Folder.
Step Four
In the next window that opens, type https://my.ofs.edu.sg/user/login
name. My login name is paul, yours will be different. Then click Next.
Step Five
A window similar to the one shown below will
open. Type in your school login name and password
Step Six
The next window which opens will be your school folder with My Personal
Document, My Web Documents and My Public Documents.
Step Seven
Next time you want to access your school folder,
double click on My Computer, double click on Web Folders . Your window
may appear a bit different. Double click on the folder indicated with
the arrow. It will begin with your user name. Enjoy!
