File Server Housekeep

The system has a feature for you to delete or housekeep your file(s) so that you can free up the space only when you have exceeded  85% of the space allocated to you.

When you login to MyOFS application, the system will display the “FileServer Usage” in red followed by your top 5 biggest files [See Picture 1].

It is important that you housekeep your file(s) because when your file server usage reaches capacity, you will not be able to log into your desktop to access your network folders.

When the top 5 biggest files are displayed, select either any file(s) or all of the files and click on “Delete” button.   The system will then delete the selected file(s). [See Picture 2]
