File Server Housekeep
The system has a feature for you to delete or housekeep your file(s) so that you can free up the space allocated to you.
When you login to MyOFS application, the system will display the “FileServer Usage” followed by the link “View file server usage”. The system will display the “FileServer Usage” in red when it exceeds 85%, which you can see from the following diagram.

It is important that you housekeep your file(s) because when your file server usage reaches capacity, you will not be able to log into your desktop to access your network folders.
When you click the link “View FileServer Usage”, the top 25 biggest files are displayed. Select either any file(s) or all of the files and click on “Delete” button. The system will then delete the selected file(s).
