Coming together to celebrate our diversity and cultural differences through
dance, music and drama, the Global Concerts are usually based on an international theme determined each year. Every child in the elementary school gets an equal
opportunity to take part in these celebrations.

Respecting, understanding and appreciating other's cultures
and beliefs are an important part of our curriculum. The holiday concert
is part of that big focus as we celebrate festivals from around the

To ensure that we provide a well balanced curriculum for our students

Each grade level is assigned a day and children choose whatever activity
interests them most. |

Book Week celebrations include a variety of fun filled activities in classrooms and in our Elementary Library. Here, the children can be seen enjoying some of these activities. Stories being read by guest readers, buddy reading and sharing class made stories with other children, sharing books with parents, special performances by the grade 5 children and dressing up as favorite book characters. What a fabulous opportunity to celebrate books and a love of reading.
