Hello, my name is Carolyn Acorn. I am originally from Canada but have been living, volunteering and teaching overseas for the last 9 years.

This will be my seond year teaching Grade 1 at OFS. I have also been a PYP specialist teacher teaching Visual Arts and Music. On the side, I work for the IBO as a PYP workshop leader, training teachers and administrators in the Primary Years Program. Since the IBO office is in Singapore, I feel there are more professional development opportunities for teachers in this region. 

I have just completed my first year at OFS.  I have enjoyed Grade One and look forward to meeting my new class in August.
