Welcome to the 2008-2009 school year! I hope that you had a relaxing summer. My name is Taryn Berghuis and I will be teaching your child in the fifth grade this year.

My goal is to provide your child with a positive and engaging learning environment where they can learn and develop in a supportive environment.

This is my third year teaching in Singapore, prior to that I was teaching for three years at St. Luke's Anglican School in Bundaberg, Queensland.

I am excited that your child is in my class this year and look forward to meeting you and your children in August.
