Liebe Schüler und Eltern,
(Dear students and parents)

It's so wonderful to see the children back in school.
I hope you all had a relaxing and fantastic summer break.

Let me introduce myself briefly to all new families at OFS.

My name is Anja Ritter.

I come from Germany, from a town called Magdeburg. I have been in Singapore for 11 years and I have been working during this time. I worked at the language department of the Goethe-Institute, the German school and at NUS, where I was a lecturer in German as a foreign language.

I received my Masters degree in Education specialized for Elementary School in Germany. Working with children of that age has always been most joyful for me. I love their inspiration, enthusiasm and curiosity.

I have two children of my own, my son Lauritz - 9 years and my daughter Laneese - 5 years. Both of them are here at OFS too, Grade 4 and 1.

I am looking forward to a new fun filled and yet effective school year with lots of great students and parents.
