My name is Susannah Martin. I grew up in a small farming district in New Zealand and pursued my sporting interest in Netball, playing for my region.

After working in New Zealand primary schools for 2 years, I travelled throughout Europe with my husband David and taught in the UK for 2 years. We enjoyed our international experiences so much that we decided to work overseas in Bangladesh for 2 years and Phuket, Thailand for 5 years where I not only taught Physical Education but was Director of the Greenhouse Preschool. While in Phuket we also started a family of our own. I moved to Singapore in August 2007 to begin teaching here at OFS.

I look forward to many rewarding and successful years of parenting and teaching in Singapore.
