Introducing...

TONY WEST

I have been teaching for ten years in New Zealand, famous for it's All Blacks and Pavlova. I have taught in both Primary and Middle schools. I was trained in Sport and Recreation (Taranaki Polytechnic, New Plymouth,N.Z) and Exercise Science (Central Institute of Technology,Wellington, N.Z).

From here I studied at Massey University (Palmerston North, N.Z) to complete a Diploma in Teaching and a Bachelor of Education -Specializing in Physical Education. I have formerly been employed as a Sports Co-ordinator, Performing Arts Coordinator and as a teaching Team Leader in a high achieving Intermediate school.

I am married to a wonderful lady (Milica), who also teaches at OFS in grade four. We have twin daughters who are three years old. My interests and passions are Family, Education and Physical Activity.

We have moved to Singapore to immerse both ourselves and our daughters in the variety of cultures. The continuous kindness by the people we have met is certainly the best aspect of living in this wonderful part of the world.
