Description
The course is a basic introduction to business life and behaviour. Students
are encouraged to learn via lecture, group work, role plays, case studies
and practical experience/field trips. As many opportunities as possible
will be created where students can experience real-life situations. Core
skills to be learnt include writing letters, memo, minutes and reports,
preparing agendas, designing questionnaires, presenting numerical information,
using and evaluating Information Technology, using experience from outside
the classroom, oral presentations and dealing with telephone calls.

3. Investigating employment
4. Application of numbers and information technology
5. Processing business payments
6. Health and safety in business
7. Contributing to a team activity
