| Students whose main language is not English can join the Study Preparation
Programme (SPP). This provides students the language, study skills, and
cultural knowledge that are necessary to successfully enter English speaking
mainstream classes. Students enter at Level 1 (Beginner), Level 2 (Intermediate)
or Level 3 (Advanced) and study English, Humanities, Science and Communications
(and Maths at Level 1 and 2). At level 2 and 3 PE is taught by mainstream
teacher and they also study mainstream subjects. Students receive credit
for their studies in SPP towards the OFS Diploma. |
