Subscribing to OFS Calendar
By subscribing to our calendars, you can receive event schedules & updates automatically on your computers or mobile devices without the need to access OFS website.
The following programs are required to subscribe to OFS Calendar.
For Mac OS X Tiger & Leopard users.
For Windows XP & Vista users.
Only Microsoft Outlook 2007 and above are able to subscribe to remote calendar, such as OFS calendar.
If you only have Microsoft Outlook 2003 or older, it is recommended to download Mozilla Sunbird, a free open source calendar application.

Subscribing to OFS Calendar with Apple iCal
Step One
Choose the calendar you would like to subscribe to on the drop down menu located on the top right of the calendar page.

Step Two
It will automatically launch the iCal program and a dialog box will appear. Proceed with the Subscribe button.

Step Three
Fill in the details for your calendar. Leave the Subscribed to address as it is.
In the Auto-Refresh drop-down menu, you are able to choose how often you want the calendar to sync with OFS server.

Click the OK button and the calendar will appear on your calendar application.
You are also able to sync your calendar with your mobile devices such as iPhone or iPod Touch. Please consult your user manuals for the required procedures.
To unsubscribed, simply remove the calendar by right clicking on it and choose Delete.

Subscribing to OFS Calendar with Microsoft Outlook 2007
Step One
Choose the calendar you would like to subscribe to on the drop down menu located on the top right of the calendar page.

Step Two
It will automatically launch Outlook 2007 and a dialog box will appear.
Click on Advanced button if you would like to customize the calendar preferences, otherwise click Yes and the calendar will be loaded.

You are also able to sync the calendar with your PDAs such as Windows Mobile & Palm mobile devices. Please consult your user manual for the required procedures.
To unsubscribed, simply delete the calendar.
