Sailing

Sailing is an exhilarating water activity that combines skill, strategy, and a deep connection with the wind and sea. Wear a life jacket, follow weather updates, and communicate well. Understand the sailboat's parts — the hull, mast, sails, and more. Learn sailing terms like port, starboard, tack, and gybe. Know the points of sail: close hauled, beam reach, and running. Adapt your sitting position to balance the boat. Practice tacking and capsize drills for safety. Embrace the wind, trim the sails, and enjoy the beautiful journey across the waves.

Ensure a smooth sailing experience by packing essentials: spare clothing, sunblock, shades, and comfortable canvas shoes. Prioritize safety – be a confident swimmer, capable of swimming 50m unaided. Stay prepared and relish your time on the water!
