Clay making encourages out-of-the-box thinking and enables children to explore their creative side. This right brained tactile activity enables children to develop their fine motor skills and 3-D visualisation ability. It is fun and encourages creative movement in children. Through clay modelling, children harness their ability to create. In attending regular pottery making sessions, the child will develop a stronger attention span and be able to focus and concentrate better as well as persevere in completing their project from beginning to end. The Artsy Pod
Participants will learn and explore the core art elements through the principles of design, as well as a variety of media and popular, new methodologies such as doodling, acrylic painting and fluidart. The lessons develop understanding of the art elements, eye-hand coordination, art skills and will take their creativity to the next level.

Through this program, students will be able to explore different sensorial experiences through craftwork, drawing and painting. The aim of this program is to allow students to engage with traditional Chinese culture in a meaningful way, by gaining an understanding of how the culture represents and integrates the characteristics of Chinese civilisation. This cultural knowledge is a manifestation of a shared history stretching back millennia, and the passing of information and traditions from one generation to another. Students will undertake classroom activities including handicrafts and Chinese calligraphy, as well as enlightening projects, such as the creation of Chinese New Year ornaments. We hope that students will gain an appreciation for cultural knowledge, and that the lessons will reinforce the importance of cultural preservation.

Engineering: Arm Crawler Remote Control
If you are a fan of engineering, in this class, students will learn how and why NASA designed an Arm Crawler vehicle that goes to outer space and explores planets. Students will then apply their knowledge to build their own mini Arm Crawler with remote control that will allow it to travel onto different planet terrains.

A quadcopter will be brought home at the end of the course.

Kids will build, program and test progressively more challenging planetary rover designs. Students will begin with turning back the hands of time where the first flight took place. EONs ago, in a land of the great Pterosaurs, Quetzalcoatlus and Raptors and how evolution played a part in the story of the bird we have today. Next students will learn the risk humans took to achieve flight and what we have accomplished today. The science of flight, the effect of the medium and the forces that aircraft is in, will be comprehensively covered to in this program. Students will learn to build elastic gliders and integrate all the lessons taught in this practical session. Practical activities will include kite/twirler flying, pressure rocket, parachute throwing, various paper plane folding, magnus glider building, mini-drone flying. These are just some of the items used in the aviation kit provided for the students to bring back. This activity allows students to interact with engineering in a way that is fun and engaging, by looking at animals and their behaviour. In this module, students will be learning all about man’s best friend, Dog! They will come to understand how engineers study the characteristics of animals, and apply what they have learned to the construction of robots that assist us in our everyday lives. Students will then have the opportunity to build their own robot dog, which they will be able to take home at the end of the semester.

Rhythmic Gymnastics is a beautiful sport that combines dance and gymnastics elements with the manipulation of hand-held apparatus! Our play-based multi-sports programme is designed to bring energy and enthusiasm to every session, helping children develop important intra- and interpersonal skills in a supportive and fun environment. With a strong focus on fundamental movement skills through group activities, children learn the basics of physical development and character building while exploring a variety of sports that change each month to keep them engaged and excited.

Our Enrichment Program is holding one-on-one music lessons designed for any aspiring musicians or experienced players. You can have the full attention of our experienced music teachers and improve your musical skills in music literacy, rhythmic awareness, better hand-eye coordination, discipline and patience. The program aim to inject life, vigour, and realise your child's intra and interpersonal skills through our play based multi-sports program. Main focus in development of fundamental movement skills with group activities, it will allow your child to pick up the basics of physical development and character building through an array of sports with innovative fun games. The sessions are high in energy, with plenty of high-fives, in a positive learning environment. Each child will get exposed to one sport every four weeks.
Swimming is a necessary life skill and we believe in teaching swimming proficiency and water safety skills. The coaching team at OFS will teach, develop and nurture each individual to bring out their best. Small class numbers, with experienced and credible coaches will progress your child through a 5-stage program that includes: water confidence, safety and develops the fundamental techniques toward empowering every child's aquatic dream.

Beginner
Fun English classes that focus on grammar, vocabulary and speaking to build confidence for those starting to learn English.
Pre Intermediate
Interactive lessons with a variety of speaking, listening, grammar and vocabulary in a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
Conversation (Intermediate Level)
This engaging class has more focus on speaking where we practice English by discussing a new conversation topic each week.
Eligibility: OFS Parents
These courses are designed for non-native Mandarin speaking adults of varying levels of proficiency.
Beginner
Knowing basic communication skills, such as simple greetings and daily conversations.
Intermediate
Engaging lessons with a variety of speaking , listening, grammar and vocabulary activities.
Advanced
Focus on the content of the dialogue, expand it in detail according to the different topics covered in each lesson, and gain a deeper understanding of sentence structure and grammar.

The CrossFit Factory is a form of high intensity training that incorporates a strength and conditioning platform to enhance functional movements. These movements are fundamental to the actions that we perform in our daily lives. Most of our workouts feature variations of squatting, pulling and pushing movements. These workouts are effective based on their emphasis of elements such as load, distance and speed. The workouts will utilise different equipment to accomplish this, including kettle bells, rowers and air bikes, medicine balls, battle ropes and plyo boxes.
