Following our coffee morning with Dr Penny Tok and Ms Fleur, we are delighted to invite parents to our next EIS Coffee Morning, taking place on Wednesday, 24th April at 10:00am, on the 4th Floor, Block A.
As parents, many of us quietly hold questions and worries, 'Will my child be okay? Will they find their place? Will they thrive?' This coffee morning is designed to gently offer reassurance, hope, and perspective.
For this coffee morning, we are especially honoured to welcome a panel of OFS High School students as our guest speakers, students who have walked their own unique neurodiversity journeys and are now ready to share their voices with our community.
During the session, our students will speak openly about their experiences, what it felt like to navigate challenges, moments that were difficult, and the support they found helpful, people, and strategies that made a meaningful difference along the way.
Through their stories, we hope parents will walk away with a powerful reminder: that with the right understanding, support, and environment, neurodivergent children can grow into confident, capable, and thriving young people.
Whether your child is at the beginning of this journey, further along the path, or you are simply curious to learn more, we warmly invite you to join us.
Our aim is to continue building a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where parents feel connected, informed, and reassured that they are not alone in this journey.
We hope you can join us for what promises to be a meaningful, uplifting, and hopeful morning.
