Kindergarten Mid-Autumn Festival 2019

We celebrated the Mid-Autumn Festival on Thursday, 19 September 2019. In small groups, the children participated in a variety of fun-filled activities organized by Ma Luo Shi (Ms Marina) and our parent volunteers. The children learned about the Moon Goddess and the meaning behind the Mid-autumn festival through a shadow puppet play performed by their friends from the Mandarin Mother Tongue class. Other activities included decorating a colourful lantern, making their own lotus mooncake and learning how to play traditional Chinese children's games.
