Giovanni Boccaccio: The Decameron

Twelve lucky High School Theatre Arts and Drama students had the amazing and exciting opportunity to work with a troupe of professional actors, specialising in the Italian Art form of Comedia dell'Arte, in their interactive presentation of The Decameron. The students became members of the ensemble for the evening by creating characters, interacting with audience members and participating in the performance with the cast.

This live performance of Giovanni Boccaccio’s masterpiece was brought to our OFS community by the courtesy of the Embassy of Italy, Singapore, who kindly selected OFS as hosts of this special event. This was a fun and immersive experience for all!
