High School TEDxYouth@OFS 2023

TEDxYouth@OFS 2023, the annual student-run event facilitated by High School staff, was streamed live from the OFS Black Box on Friday, 8 September.

Student leaders in Communications, Speech Delivery, Events and Production together with their crews were responsible for the creation of the logo, the advertising posters, rehearsals and promotional events. Production crew manned the cameras on the night.

The speakers modelled their speeches around the 2023 TED theme, namely INTENTIONS and topics included intentions and actions involving music and dance; stress and wellness; morality; learning one's ethnolect and being discerning about technology.

Ann Ang Su Lee, the guest speaker, an associate professor in Literature at NTU, also contributed by sharing her intentions as a writer of short stories and poetry in Singapore.
