General

If you'd like to book an appointment for viewing or registration, please contact our Admissions Officers by phone at +65 6738 0211 or send an email to admissions@ofs.edu.sg.

You can also contact our Support or send an email to support@ofs.edu.sg. We usually respond within the same working day.

If you changed your home address or phone numbers, please update the school by following these simple steps:

  1. Log in to OFS.
  2. On the header, you will see a menu with your name on it. Click it to show the drop-down menu.
  3. Click on Profile. You will be taken to 'Your Profile' page.
  4. Scroll to the 'FAMILY' section.
  5. To change your home phone number, click on the Change Home Phone Number... button.
  6. To change your mailing address, click on the Change Mailing Address... button.
  7. To change your personal phone numbers, click on the Change My Contacts... button.

Change of billing address has to be submitted in writing.

Information Technology

We have schoolwide internet access through Wi-Fi.

To connect your own devices (laptops, tablets, smartphones, etc.), follow these simple steps:

  1. Turn on the Wi-Fi on your device.
  2. On the list of networks, choose 'ofs'. No login or password is required. If you do not see our network on the list, wait until your device finishes scanning for nearby networks. You should see it afterwards.
  3. Open a browser and go to a website. You should be able to access it.

Please note that some websites are blocked from within the school network.

Parents and guardians of the Overseas Family School students may gain access to the OFS application by signing up to our site. Students do not need to do this as their logins will be assigned by the school.

To log in to OFS, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to our Login page.
  2. Enter your login name. For parents and guardians, your login name is your email address. Please note that login name is case-sensitive.
  3. Enter your password. It's also case-sensitive. If you forget your password, you can get it reset by visiting our Forgot Password page.
  4. Optionally, you can check the Keep me logged in box. If this box is checked, the system will keep you logged in until you log out or quit the browser. By default, your session times out after an hour of no activity. For security reason, please do not use this option when you are using a public computer.
  5. Click on the login button or simply hit Enter/Return on your keyboard.

If you are a student and you forget your password, please contact the school to get it reset.

For parents and guardians, you can reset your forgotten password by following these steps:

  1. Go to our Forgot Password page.
  2. Enter your email address. This is also your login name.
  3. Enter your OFS ID number. Please refer to the 5 or 6-digit number on your OFS ID card.
  4. Click Continue. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address. Open this email and follow the instruction.
    If you do not receive this email, please check your Junk or Spam folder.

OFS teachers may post homework, assignments, or reminder online through the Learning Portal inside the OFS Application. Parents and Guardians can help their child/ward by visiting their Learning Portal.
